Counseling can help you set down what you have been carrying and find a little more peace in your life. I welcome children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families—because I believe a new chapter can start from right where you are, no matter your age or what you have been through. You do not have to have it figured out to begin. You only have to take the first step, and we will go from there.

The practice
In session, we will work together, follow your goals, and move at a pace that feels right for you. You may already know what you want. Sometimes you simply need a safe space to say it out loud—and a plan to get there.
With children, I focus on connection first. We learn about feelings together, find healthier ways to navigate big emotions, and begin to figure out a path that fits who they are becoming.
With adolescents, we work in session on the changes of growing up—independence, identity, and the hard questions in between. I will help them sort through it so they do not have to do it alone.
With couples, we work through the challenges in the relationship, strengthen how you speak and listen to each other, and find a healthier way forward.
With families, we strengthen relationships and work through what is happening at home, so everyone has a clearer, healthier way to be together.
All clients are met with warmth. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered. I will help you figure out what you want, then take the next step at a pace that feels right for you.
The work is not about becoming someone else. It is about figuring out what you want in your life, and the next honest steps toward it.
You do not need the right words or a tidy story. You can bring the messy, unfinished parts. Together we will make sense of them and find something useful you can take into the rest of your week.

A brief consult is enough to see whether this feels like a fit.
